General terms and services

You can purchase the Teasy package via the webshop https://www.teasy.online. You can also purchase the Teasy package from various sales partners in Serbia and abroad.

The prices quoted are binding and final and include the applicable taxes. Payment for the ordered Teasy and digital add-ons must be made by one of the payment methods listed in the Teasy webshop.

How Teasy work? Step one, order the package you want.
Step two, the package will be waiting for you in Belgrade, wherever you decide. We offer three types of packages: Starter, Basic and Premium.

Delivery is at the airport or at an address in the city of Belgrade. You have the flexibility to select the date, location, and time that works best for you to pick up the Teasy package. The time duration of the package is limited to 30 days from the day the package is picked up.

You can cancel your order without any consequences! It is necessary that you cancel your order before the order is delivered to the address or to the airport.

Use of personal data

Teasy has put in place appropriate physical, electronic and administrative measures to protect your personal data and to prevent unauthorised access to or disclosure of such data. Your personal data will be retained by Teasy for as long as necessary to process your order and to comply with legal requirements.

Applicable law / place of jurisdiction

Teasy reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions from time to time, for example to comply with legal requirements or to reflect a change in the way they work. Changes to the General Terms shall only apply to future purchases.

Any legal relationship between Teasy and the consumer shall be governed exclusively by Serbian law with the exception of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
